2021 Annual General Meeting – Murray Valley Winegrowers Inc.
Note the meeting will be preceded by the AGM of the Murray Valley Wine Grape Industry Development Committee (IDC) at 3pm – the MVW meeting is expected to take approximately 90 minutes, following which you can join your fellow growers and MVW staff for drinks and finger food in a relaxed environment.
The meeting will receive reports from the Chairman, Chris Dent and Executive Officer, Paul Derrico. The financial report for the year ended 30th June 2021 will be presented and the election of members of the MVW Committee of Management will follow. We’ll also be able to discuss the upcoming vintage and associated industry issues – the Chair of the Inland Wine Regions Alliance, Jim Caddy, will also be in attendance to give his assessment of the state of the wine industry and take any questions.
Under MVW’s Constitution, all sitting members of the Committee of Management are required to nominate annually to serve on the Committee – this provides an opportunity for others to nominate to join the Committee. All current sitting members have indicated their intention to re-nominate. Four meetings are held each year.

We would appreciate knowing of your interest before the AGM.
Note there will be a planned Special Resolution to update MVW’s constitution.
