In providing this information to MVW, you are confirming that:

• I am a winegrape producer in the Murray Darling and/or Swan Hill regions of NSW/VIC and own the fruit listed above, or have been authorised to sell the fruit on behalf of the owner (If acting under authorisation, please state the name of the owner and provide contact information).
• I will inform Murray Valley Winegrowers immediately after my fruit is sold, or becomes unavailable.
